By accessing or using Caddyslack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caddyslack is an AI-powered golf coaching platform that provides swing advice, course strategy, GPS yardages, social features, and community tools. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. AI-generated advice should not replace professional instruction.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Caddyslack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for content you post.

6. AI-Generated Content

Golf advice provided by the AI caddy is generated by artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional golf instruction. Caddyslack makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated advice. Use at your own discretion.

7. GPS & Course Data

GPS yardages and course data are provided for reference only. Actual distances may vary. Always verify distances and follow local course rules. Caddyslack is not responsible for decisions made based on GPS data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Caddyslack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
